Experience Invest marks 15th birthday with sale of 10,000th UK property

"Since our launch, weve seen the UK real estate sector weather four General Elections soon to be five, the global financial crisis and the fallout from the EU referendum."
Jerald Solis, Director, Experience Invest

Experience Invest has marked its 15th birthday by surpassing the milestone of having sold more than 10,000 UK properties.

Founded in December 2004, the London-based property investment firm specialises in buy-to-let, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and hotel investments. Experience Invest has worked on projects across seven UK locations, selling properties to investors from over 70 countries.

Experience Invest predominantly sells off-plan real estate units to investors seeking revenue-generating assets. It has worked alongside established developers and the construction arm of its own business, Opto Property Group, to help shape and fund real estate projects in Newcastle, Liverpool, Leeds, Luton, Manchester and Bournemouth, with a PBSA project starting in Cardiff next year.

The company currently has 25 employees in its London office, as well as a sales team in a separate Hong Kong office. In the New Year, Experience Invest will be establishing an office in South Africa, which shall be headed up by one of its current senior managers, Dale Anderson.

Jerald Solis, Business Development and Acquisitions Director at Experience Invest, said: “We’re delighted to mark 15 years in business and to celebrate this event by surpassing 10,000 property sales.

“Since our launch, we’ve seen the UK real estate sector weather four General Elections (soon to be five), the global financial crisis and the fallout from the EU referendum. Yet, demand for property investment has remained extremely high throughout.

“Reflecting on the Experience Invest’s journey so far, I’m proud to say we were one of the first companies to adopt the PBSA investment model back in 2009, and one of our greatest achievements has been our role within the evolution of this market. Over the past decade we have seen the way in which students use their living space change – we’ve worked with local councils and construction firms to not only meet demand for student accommodation, but to also ensure PBSAs meet the expectations of the modern student.”
