Cookery School is London's most sustainable cookery school and have responded to a demand for bespoke events for businesses. With over 15 years of experience, they are experts at delivering fantastic corporate events in a relaxed and informal, yet professionally structured environment.Cookery School has the highest possible rating for sustainability from the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) and has been virtually plastic-free since the beginning.Following many requests, the school have taken their work one step further and now offer a sustainable event package. It combines the confidence-building cooking of a Cookery School corporate event with a unique look at the environmental issues affecting our food today.

Attendees will create delicious dishes that minimise waste and use less meat, while learning about sustainability concepts such as carbon footprints, sourcing ingredients and seasonality. It’s a very ‘hands on’ event that’s informative, interactive and full of wonderful tips and tricks for your team to take away.

With sustainability becoming more important to businesses across the UK, now’s the time to see it in action! Members from your team will learn how small changes can make a huge difference, arming themselves with the knowledge and skills to take best practice back into the workplace and home.

As with all our corporate events, your team will be welcomed with a drink and nibbles, before being divided into groups to start cooking. At the end, everyone will sit down to feast, accompanied by a glass of sustainable wine.
